About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven UX/UI Designer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience who brings a strong visual sensibility and a user-centric mindset. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving real user problems, enjoys collaboration, and is eager to continuously learn and improve product experiences.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Experience Design

  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience
  • Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, elegant, and effective design solutions
  • Execute all stages of visual design from concept, wireframes, and prototypes to final hand-off to engineering

UX Research & Problem Solving

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and evaluate user feedback to continuously enhance the user experience
  • Identify user pain points and conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design challenges
  • Apply user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices

Design Execution & Communication

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Present and clearly articulate design decisions to peers and executive-level stakeholders
  • Defend design choices with data, user insights, and product reasoning

Design Systems & Standards

  • Establish, maintain, and promote design guidelines, best practices, and UI standards
  • Contribute to consistency and scalability through reusable components and patterns
  • Iterate designs efficiently based on feedback, testing results, and evolving product needs

Mindset & Ownership

  • Take ownership of design outcomes and understand why shipped products succeeded or failed
  • Ask questions, take calculated risks, and actively champion new ideas
  • Stay curious, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional UX/UI design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work across web and mobile platforms
  • Ability to present designs confidently and “sell” solutions to various stakeholders
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, tools, techniques, and technologies
  • Experience designing mobile-first and responsive interfaces
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability, and accessibility
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to iterate designs quickly and intelligently based on feedback
  • Open to receiving constructive criticism and adapting designs accordingly

Nice to Have (Optional)

  • Experience creating interactive prototypes
  • Prior experience working on or building Design Systems
  • Exposure to usability testing tools and analytics
  • Familiarity with handoff tools and developer collaboration workflows

  • UG: Any Graduate
  • PG: Any Postgraduate
