Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle UAV wiring, soldering, and electrical connections
- Assist in mechanical assembly of drones and integration of components
- Support field operations, including travel for UAV deployment and repairs
- Perform pre-flight testing, calibration, and quality checks
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Work closely with engineers and operators to improve UAV performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in soldering and electrical work
- Knowledge of drone components (motors, ESCs, flight controllers, power systems)
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and troubleshoot issues
- Mechanical assembly and integration skills
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel for field operations
- Good spoken and written English communication
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with UAV flight controllers (Pixhawk, DJI, etc.)
- Knowledge of LiPo battery handling and safety
- Familiarity with RF communication and telemetry systems
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, Arduino)
