Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Training Needs & Strategy

  • Assess organizational training needs and identify skills and knowledge gaps
  • Design and implement training strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Establish clear training metrics and evaluation methods to measure impact and effectiveness

Training Design & Content Development

  • Develop, review, and enhance training curricula, materials, and learning content
  • Create engaging manuals, handouts, presentations, and multimedia learning aids
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training materials, methodologies, and delivery approaches

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Conduct in-person, virtual, and e-learning-based training sessions
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and leadership programs for employees, educators, and stakeholders
  • Adapt training delivery to suit diverse learning styles and audiences

Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate training schedules, including meeting link generation, participant registration, and equipment setup
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and performance data
  • Prepare and share training activity reports and outcome analysis with stakeholders

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor participant/student progress and proactively intervene to ensure learning success
  • Generate regular reports on training outcomes with insights and improvement recommendations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and departments to keep training content relevant and up to date

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with departments such as academic advising, career services, and financial aid to provide holistic learner support
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage the training budget efficiently
  • Make responsible decisions regarding resource allocation and cost control

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in the education or training industry with proven training and development expertise
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies
  • Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the education and training ecosystem
