Job Description
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Relationship Manager (RM) to help grow our business and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, handling customer interactions, closing deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys sales, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable connecting with customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media
- Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, negotiations, and complaints professionally
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales performance
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
Requirements & Skills
Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Relationship Manager, or in a similar sales role
Communication
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Knowledge of Kannada / Telugu / Hindi is an added advantage
Sales Skills
- Strong customer service and sales abilities
- Good understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
