Job Description

We are looking for a Technology Support Engineer / Monitoring SME with strong hands-on experience in ThousandEyes to monitor and improve end-user experience and application performance. The role focuses on incident resolution, monitoring, and operational stability across enterprise systems.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage ThousandEyes Endpoint Agents
  • Configure synthetic and real-user monitoring tests
  • Monitor network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and SaaS application performance
  • Design and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility
  • Troubleshoot user experience and performance issues
  • Work with IT, network, and vendor teams for issue resolution
  • Create RFCs, update knowledge base articles, and document procedures
  • Support service management teams with analysis and reporting

🎯 Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with ThousandEyes
    • Endpoint Agents
    • Synthetic Testing
    • Path Visualization
    • Dashboard creation
  • Experience with Enterprise Monitoring Tools
  • Basic scripting using Python or Bash

  • SaaS & collaboration tools (Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams)
  • Wi-Fi & VPN performance monitoring
  • ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Cisco networking tools & integrations
  • Event management experience
