Job Description
We are looking for a Technology Support Engineer / Monitoring SME with strong hands-on experience in ThousandEyes to monitor and improve end-user experience and application performance. The role focuses on incident resolution, monitoring, and operational stability across enterprise systems.
🛠Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage ThousandEyes Endpoint Agents
- Configure synthetic and real-user monitoring tests
- Monitor network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and SaaS application performance
- Design and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility
- Troubleshoot user experience and performance issues
- Work with IT, network, and vendor teams for issue resolution
- Create RFCs, update knowledge base articles, and document procedures
- Support service management teams with analysis and reporting

- Strong hands-on experience with ThousandEyes

- Experience with Enterprise Monitoring Tools
