Job Description

To deliver scalable business solutions by bridging the gap between technology and business processes, ensuring successful ERP solution implementation and support for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Techno-Functional Solution Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of new business implementations from requirements gathering to production deployment.
  • Analyze feasibility of change requests and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines.
  • Offer techno-functional support for business transformation and system build-outs.
  • Collaborate with architecture, development, and testing teams for successful delivery.
  • Understand both functional and technical ERP design and ensure correct implementation.
  • Customize, extend, localize, or integrate ERP products using coding, configuration, and testing.
  • Work closely with business users to translate requirements into ERP solutions.
  • Develop code adhering to organizational development standards and methodologies.
  • Provide product support and issue resolution for ERP systems, including day-to-day queries.
  • Implement automation solutions to enhance process efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Bridge communication between business teams and technical teams.
  • Support onsite/offshore coordination with timely updates and collaboration.

2️⃣ Competency Development & Knowledge Enhancement

  • Clear Wipro internal certifications and upgrade skills regularly.
  • Attend training programs, workshops, and seminars to stay updated.
  • Contribute knowledge through whitepapers, case studies, and internal publications.

  • Calypso (Mandatory)
  • ERP Implementation & Support
  • Techno-Functional Analysis / GAP Analysis
  • Business Analysis & Requirement Mapping
  • SQL / PL/SQL
  • Java (Good to Have)
  • Agile Methodologies (Scrum / User Stories / JIRA)
  • Understanding of Functional + Technical ERP Architecture
  • Project & Release Management

Education

  • UG: B.Tech / B.E. — Any Specialization
  • PG: Any Postgraduate (Preferred)
