Job Description

You will analyze, design, and develop integrated software systems based on customer needs. The role involves solving complex technical issues, supporting customers, guiding junior team members, and contributing to continuous product and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve customer issues related to software and hardware
  • Design, develop, test, and document system improvements
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide solutions
  • Guide and support new team members with best practices
  • Plan technical requirements and manage production releases
  • Maintain documentation and follow change control processes
  • Apply quality standards and support process improvement initiatives
  • Train support teams and share product knowledge
  • Support emergency cases for quick issue resolution

Required Skills (Must Have)

  • 1–4 years experience in Java, Microservices, and Python scripting
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in technical support and documentation
  • Ability to convert customer requirements into technical solutions
  • Knowledge of automated testing and quality assurance

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Cloud or Kubernetes
  • Exposure to the Telecom domain

Education

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering
