Job Description

  • Work closely with the Solution Architect and Sales Compensation Administration teams to understand evolving business requirements.
  • Design, configure, and implement software solutions using the Xactly Software platform.
  • Support and enable global business divisions across MillerKnoll, collaborating across geographical and organizational boundaries.
  • Follow Agile methodology throughout the software development and implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Xactly Configuration & Implementation

  • Configure and implement Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics modules.
  • Execute configuration management plans as directed by the Configuration Lead.
  • Assist in designing system configurations and customizations aligned with business process requirements.
  • Configure compensation rules, create commission plans, and support test case creation and execution.

Sales Compensation Expertise

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for:
    • Commissions processing
    • Individual commission plan components
  • Analyze sales compensation plans and validate calculation logic.
  • Perform QA on commission changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

  • Trace unexpected system results to root causes and diagnose underlying issues.
  • Independently resolve issues where possible; otherwise, coordinate resolution with appropriate teams and vendors.
  • Monitor changes in business structure (new products, acquisitions, reorganizations) and assess their impact on existing solutions.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure accurate data representation for commission and performance reporting.
  • Support analytics-driven decision-making.

Documentation & Governance

  • Document system configurations, business processes, and payment administration workflows.
  • Drive adoption of standard methodologies across technology, business, and Xactly implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.

Experience

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Xactly application implementation.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and configuring sales compensation plans.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
