Job Description

This role is part of a structured training and development program, where you will gain hands-on experience across real, business-impact initiatives in a cloud-based enterprise environment. You will be guided by senior technical colleagues while learning modern technologies, software development lifecycle practices, Agile methodologies, DevOps processes, and cloud application architecture.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Complete a dedicated training path covering technical skills, soft skills, and insurance domain basics
• Work on business-impact initiatives across global teams
• Learn and apply software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts
• Gain exposure to Agile, Scaled Agile, and DevOps methodologies
• Understand cloud application architecture and cloud services
• Work with different applications, their purpose, technologies, and testing approaches
• Perform unit testing and use modern tools for faster development and deployment (DevOps tools, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Define and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items
• Design, build, test, and deliver solutions following Agile values and practices
• Schedule and facilitate meetings and understand decision-making processes
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to assigned scope
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms
• Collaborate with team members to ensure system availability and performance
• Support demos, testing, UAT, pilots, and dry runs
• Collaborate with external teams and vendors
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders

Must-Have Skills

• Knowledge in one or more of the following:
  • Design & Analysis of Algorithms
  • Data Structures & Algorithms
  • Database Management Systems
  • Cloud Computing
  • Logic Design
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries (joins, aggregations)
• Basic data analysis capability
• Understanding of code development and performance optimization
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
