Job Description

We are looking for a System Engineer (L1) to provide first-level technical support and help maintain IT systems, networks, and hardware platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with basic system administration and networking knowledge who are ready to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 technical support for hardware, systems, and network-related issues
  • Monitor and maintain Windows and Linux systems
  • Support network operations such as DNS, CDN, and basic network troubleshooting
  • Assist with Azure cloud resources and system configurations
  • Perform user management using Active Directory
  • Handle desktop support and resolve user issues
  • Execute basic shell scripting (Unix/Linux) tasks
  • Document issues, solutions, and system changes

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of System Administration (Windows & Linux)
  • Fundamentals of Networking and Network Engineering
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Desktop Support
  • Basic understanding of Azure Cloud
  • Scripting knowledge: Unix Shell / Python (basic)
  • Basic exposure to SQL / PL-SQL
  • Willingness to work in support environments and learn new technologies
