Job Description

We are looking for a talented Flutter Developer who excels in building seamless, high-performing applications across Android, iOS, and Web platforms. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain modern cross-platform solutions using Flutter, while also contributing to native Android/iOS development and interactive web experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
  • Build and enhance native Android apps (Java/Kotlin) and native iOS apps (Swift/Objective-C).
  • Develop responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product teams, and engineers to convert requirements into functional applications.
  • Write clean, modular, and high-quality code, following best development practices across all platforms.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization for stable application delivery.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and libraries to extend app capabilities.
  • Ensure applications are fast, scalable, and user-friendly across devices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter, Android, iOS, and Web development.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, reviews, and deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter, Dart, and Flutter SDK.
  • Proficiency in Java/Kotlin (Android) and Swift/Objective-C (iOS).
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web development.
  • Solid understanding of OOP principles and modern mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, Flux).
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data.
  • Proficient with Git and collaborative coding workflows.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Familiarity with Firebase, Node.js, or similar backend services.
  • Knowledge of responsive web design frameworks like Bootstrap.
  • Exposure to CI/CD and app publishing on Play Store/App Store.
