Job Description

About the Role

We are hiring a Django Developer to build and manage backend systems for our web applications. You will be responsible for developing scalable APIs, integrating databases, strengthening backend logic, and ensuring high-quality performance across our products.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Django and Django REST Framework (DRF)
  • Design, build, and optimize REST APIs for web and mobile applications
  • Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL for database design, queries, and performance
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
  • Integrate external APIs and third-party services
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient backend code
  • Collaborate closely with frontend teams and product managers
  • Maintain proper documentation, conduct code reviews, and follow best practices

🎯 Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python and Django
  • Deep understanding of Django ORM and DRF
  • Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for debugging)
  • Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid understanding of API design, scalability, and backend security

✨ Good to Have

  • Experience with Celery, Redis, caching frameworks
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with async frameworks like FastAPI
