Job Description
You will be responsible for planning, managing, and growing the company’s social media presence. The role focuses on content creation, audience engagement, analytics, and brand reputation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute a social media strategy using competitor research and audience analysis
- Identify the right social media platforms for the brand
- Create and manage daily content (text, images, videos, HTML)
- Publish, edit, and share engaging posts to build community interaction
- Set up and optimize company social media pages
- Monitor and moderate user comments and content
- Create content calendars and posting schedules
- Track performance using social media analytics
- Improve content using insights, metrics, and best practices
- Work with sales, customer support, and other teams to manage brand reputation
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Media
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools
- Understanding of online marketing channels
- Basic knowledge of SEO, CRO, and web development
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, or PR
- Postgraduate degree (preferred, not mandatory)
