Job Description

A ServiceNow Associate Technical Architect JD involves designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring alignment with business needs. Key responsibilities include creating high-level designs, leading development for modules like ITSM(NLU GenAI, Now Assist LLM), ITOM (Visibility and Event Management, Performance Analytics, Operation Intelligent, RCA), CSM, SPM (Satragic Portfolio Management), ITAM, CMDB( Discovery, AI performance Insight, Service Mapping), customizing the platform, conducting testing, and mentoring other team members. This role bridges business objectives with technical execution, requiring expertise in platform capabilities, scripting, integrations, and modern development practices.


Must have Skills – NLU(Natural Language Understading), GenAI, AI and Now Assist LLM like Now Large Language models and  External LLM like Azure OpenAI.

Certifications:1. Certified System Administrator(CSA)2. Certified Application Developer (CAD)


About the Role:
In this role, Candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and SPM. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of various IT service management processes. This position requires a focus on improving service delivery and enhancing user experience through effective service management solutions.

You are Responsible for:

  • Developing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and SPM modules to meet business needs.
  • Conducting regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement IT service management best practices.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for processes, workflows, and system changes.
  • Providing training and support to end-users to maximize their usage of the ServiceNow platform.

To succeed in this role you should have the following:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and SPM modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex IT challenges.
  • Good understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within service management processes.
