🔍 Role Overview

As a Senior Staff Developer, you’ll lead the technical direction of Windows endpoint security products. You’ll design secure, scalable software and guide teams through complex engineering challenges while shaping long-term product strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll code, mentor, and influence key technical decisions.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Design and drive architecture for secure, scalable software systems
• Lead and guide teams on complex technical challenges
• Influence product roadmaps and engineering best practices
• Mentor senior developers and grow team expertise
• Work closely with product, security, infrastructure, and UX teams
• Improve software quality, reliability, and performance
• Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and ensure products stay secure
• Contribute ideas through R&D demos and company hackathons

🛠 Required Skills & Experience

• Strong coding experience in C#, C++, Rust, Go, or Python
• Deep knowledge of systems programming, backend or distributed systems
• Proven experience leading architecture and system design
• Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills
• Experience building secure, scalable, production-grade software
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), DevOps, and IaC
• Passion for cybersecurity and protecting systems from threats
