Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and scale our infrastructure for cutting-edge platforms, including an AI No-Code Platform and an AI Inferencing Platform. This role is critical in ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and performance across cloud and hybrid environments.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and provide leadership in building robust DevOps practices aligned with modern industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Infrastructure Design & Management

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, Yotta).
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of systems.

🔹 CI/CD & Automation

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
  • Automate infrastructure and workflows using modern DevOps tools.

🔹 Containerization & Orchestration

  • Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Optimize orchestration for large-scale applications.

🔹 Security & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain security standards:
    • SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and enforce best practices.

🔹 Monitoring & Incident Management

  • Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
  • Handle incident response and ensure system reliability.

🔹 Performance & Cost Optimization

  • Optimize infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Manage cloud budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting.

🔹 Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

  • Implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and data protection.

🔹 Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor DevOps and infrastructure teams.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, product, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation and operational reports.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps and infrastructure management.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Kubernetes & Docker
    • CI/CD tools and pipelines
  • Experience with:
    • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
    • Scripting: Python, Bash, Ansible
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Security frameworks and compliance
    • Monitoring and logging systems

Good to Have

  • Certifications:
    • AWS / Azure / GCP
    • Kubernetes (CKA / CKAD)
  • Experience in:
    • AI/ML infrastructure and GPU workloads
    • MLOps and AI model deployment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
    • Computer Science / IT or related field
