Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Corporate Sales to drive B2B revenue across mid-market and enterprise clients. This role involves owning the complete sales lifecycle, engaging with senior stakeholders, and delivering customized solutions that address client needs in employee wellness and healthcare benefits.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from qualified lead generation to deal closure and invoicing.
  • Drive engagement with HR Leaders, CXOs, HRBPs, and senior decision-makers through consultative discussions, demos, and tailored solutions.
  • Understand client business challenges and collaborate with Product, Inside Sales, and Solutions teams to build customized proposals.
  • Manage and track sales performance using clear metrics, CRM tools, and regular follow-ups.
  • Handle RFPs, InfoSec requirements, due diligence, and compliance processes through to deal closure.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams to deliver winning proposals and successful onboarding.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through new client acquisition, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 5–15 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales, preferably in Tech, Health-Tech, HR-Tech, or Employee Benefits.
  • Proven experience selling to mid-size and large enterprises (100 – 100,000+ employees).
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and passionate about solving real-world healthcare and wellness challenges.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders effectively.

  • UG: Any Graduate
