We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bench sales, vendor management, and marketing IT consultants across the US job market. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, strong relationships with vendors, and the ability to place consultants quickly in suitable projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete Bench Sales lifecycle for IT consultants.
  • Market bench consultants (H1B, H4EAD, OPT, CPT, GC) to vendors and clients.
  • Source and submit consultant profiles using platforms such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and close placement deals efficiently.
  • Track candidate submissions and maintain records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Regularly communicate with consultants to understand their requirements and project availability.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to secure project placements for consultants.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in US IT recruitment and bench sales.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in resume sourcing, formatting, and candidate presentation.
  • Good network with vendors, implementation partners, and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
