Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Architect with 3–5 years of experience in architectural and interior design. The candidate will support design development, prepare drawings and 3D models, coordinate with teams, and ensure designs meet project requirements, building codes, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Documentation

  • Prepare architectural designs, working drawings, layouts, and blueprints
  • Create 3D models and visualizations using CAD and rendering software
  • Assist in preparing design presentations and material selections

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with senior architects, project managers, and consultants
  • Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers
  • Support contractors and site teams for smooth project execution

Site & Compliance

  • Conduct site visits and site analysis
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Research materials, finishes, and construction methods

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural and interior design
  • Experience in residential and commercial projects preferred

Technical Skills

  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp
  • Enscape or similar rendering software
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and design trends
