Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Database Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to support database operations, data integration, and IT projects. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data processing and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support database development, management, and maintenance activities.
  • Analyze data issues and provide effective problem-solving solutions.
  • Work on data integration and ETL processes using Informatica IDMC.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts for automation and data workflows.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum-based projects, contributing to sprint planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Assist in documentation and continuous improvement of database processes.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in:
    • Software development
    • Database management
    • Or a similar technical role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with IT project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • SQL
    • Unix Shell Scripting
    • Informatica IDMC
  • Python knowledge is an added advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
