Job Description

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions that create real business impact. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and responsible AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and pipelines
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing IT and data platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from ideation to deployment and monitoring
  • Evaluate and recommend AI/ML tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud AI services)
  • Follow best practices for model testing, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps
  • Ensure ethical AI, data privacy, and compliance standards
  • Contribute to AI strategy while learning from senior AI leaders

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML models
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar languages
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn
  • Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused AI solutions

Preferred Skills

  • Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
  • Interest in mentoring and team growth

Education

  • UG/PG: Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
