Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, analyze, and prioritize testing requirements
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications
  • Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product stability and performance
  • Detect, document, and track defects; work closely with development teams for resolution
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements
  • Review test metrics, analyze defect patterns, and drive quality enhancements
  • Build and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium / Appium or similar tools

Job Requirements

✔ Strong knowledge of QA principles, testing techniques, and SDLC/STLC
✔ Experience testing Salesforce (UI, functionality, data, workflows, APIs, integrations)
✔ Hands-on with languages such as Java / Python / C# for automation scripting
✔ Familiar with Git and Agile development environments
✔ Strong analytical thinking and issue-resolution capability
✔ Effective communication and collaboration with distributed teams

Education

  • UG: Any Graduate
  • PG: Any Postgraduate
