Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in the banking domain, particularly in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and convert them into technical solutions
  • Prepare High-Level Designs (HLD) and present solutions to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams to:
    • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
    • Resolve production issues
  • Understand and enhance banking onboarding journeys
  • Design and configure Salesforce CRM solutions using Lightning Platform
  • Develop custom features using:
    • Apex Classes & Triggers
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Flows
  • Leverage Salesforce out-of-the-box features wherever possible
  • Participate in full project lifecycle:
    • Discovery → Design → Development → Deployment → Go-Live
  • Perform code reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices
  • Engage with stakeholders and proactively identify risks
  • Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new features
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of banking systems, especially:
    • Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
    • Customer onboarding processes
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Apex, LWC, Flows
    • Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Expertise in Salesforce Clouds:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Experience Cloud
  • Experience in REST API integration and Web Services
  • Knowledge of data migration tools and deployment processes
  • Strong experience in:
    • Technical documentation
    • Solution design & architecture
  • Experience working in Agile environments
