Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support & Operations Executive to assist the sales team by managing enquiries, quotations, order processing, and coordination across internal departments. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations and timely execution of customer orders.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industrial or electrical product sales coordination and possess strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses in coordination with the sales team
  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation
  • Support the sales team with pricing, product details, and order follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and sales orders

Order Processing & Operations

  • Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in documentation
  • Coordinate with procurement, stores, and logistics teams for order execution
  • Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
  • Resolve order-related issues by coordinating with internal departments

Customer & Internal Communication

  • Act as a point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal departments
  • Coordinate with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery timelines, and documentation
  • Ensure smooth communication between sales, procurement, stores, and logistics teams
  • Handle post-order customer support and follow-ups

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain sales reports, order trackers, and MIS data
  • Support management with sales and operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards

Required Candidate Profile

Education

  • UG: B.Tech / B.E. – Any Specialization

Experience

  • Relevant experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Operations Support
  • Prior exposure to industrial automation or electrical products is preferred
  • Experience handling enquiries, quotations, and order processing
