🛠 Key Responsibilities

RPA Platform Support

• Manage and maintain RPA platforms ensuring high performance & reliability.
• Monitor infrastructure (Control Room, Bot Runners).
• Troubleshoot platform-level issues in collaboration with IT.
• Implement security standards and conduct regular audits.
• Perform periodic system health checks and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated with latest RPA technologies, trends, and best practices.

RPA Bot Support

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing RPA bots.
• Debug and fix errors in bot workflows and scripts.
• Analyse bot performance logs to prevent breakdowns.
• Provide user training & create documentation.
• Update bots to match evolving business requirements.

Deployment & Change Management

• Lead deployments of new RPA automations & updates.
• Prepare deployment plans including timelines, risk management, and resources.
• Ensure smooth transition with minimal operational disruption.
• Perform post-deployment reviews and continuous improvements.
• Maintain full documentation and adhere to change management processes.

Development of Bots

• Design, build, and implement scalable RPA solutions.
• Develop and test automations using Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
• Follow development best practices for clean, maintainable code.
• Explore and implement new features to enhance automation ecosystem.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.

🧠 Technical Competencies

• Experience with UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism.
• Strong in Python, Java, C# programming.
• Skilled in scripting: Python, PowerShell, VBScript.
• Experience with RPA platform deployment & infra management.
• Knowledge of ETL scripting and data extraction/transform processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM integrations.
• Good understanding of SQL & database management.
• Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros).
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in RPA development, support, deployment, and maintenance.
• Certifications such as Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodology & collaborative team environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
