With luxury buses, a seamless mobile app, and thoughtful customer service, Cityflo gives passengers valuable time back in their busy schedules—whether to relax, work, or unwind.

Currently operating 600 buses with 1,30,000+ daily bookings in Mumbai, Cityflo has expanded to Hyderabad and Delhi NCR and plans to scale 20X across four cities in the next two years. Cityflo is profitable and backed by leading VCs including India Quotient and Lightbox Ventures.


Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Corporate Rentals / B2B Sales Executive to manage and grow Cityflo’s rentals business. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the rentals sales lifecycle, building strong corporate relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end rentals lead lifecycle, including lead outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual growth strategies to drive top-line revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
  • Pitch Cityflo’s rentals solutions to corporates, SMEs, travel agents, and ad-hoc group clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage contracts for new business acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams:
    • Finance & Accounts – billing, invoicing, collections, and payments
    • Fulfillment & Operations – smooth execution of rental services
  • Represent Cityflo at industry exhibitions, networking events, and conferences.
  • Ensure delivery of brand-aligned service levels across all rental engagements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or account management
  • Strong passion for sales and business development
  • Proven negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on relationship building
  • Comfortable working independently or in a small, fast-paced team environment
