Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Direct Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and converting prospects into satisfied clients.

This role requires strong communication skills, customer-focused thinking, and the ability to build long-term relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify potential selling opportunities and evaluate customer requirements accurately
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and business goals to offer personalized solutions
  • Generate and follow up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Set up meetings with prospective clients and decision-makers

Client Interaction & Presentations

  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and project demos to customers
  • Explain project features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and address objections professionally

Deal Closure & Customer Handling

  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
  • Handle customer complaints or objections and ensure timely resolution
  • Deliver superior customer service with strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand experience

Relationship Management

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company positively at all times
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensure high levels of customer engagement and trust

Targets & Performance

  • Meet and exceed individual and company sales targets
  • Generate continuous sales opportunities to support business growth
  • Track sales performance and contribute to revenue goals

Teamwork & Process Compliance

  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Follow company policies, sales processes, and lead management systems
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports as per company guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and ethical work environment

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 1+ year of proven experience in a sales role
  • Experience in real estate, co-working spaces, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle

Education

  • Graduate degree in any discipline
  • (Minimum qualification: 12th Pass)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English (Hindi and/or Kannada is an added advantage)
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Sound knowledge of marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques
  • Ability to deliver attractive and persuasive presentations
