Rate Loader

Job Description

The Rate Loader is responsible for accurately entering and updating rate data in the system. This role needs attention to detail, good coordination with the logistics team, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter rate details accurately into the system
• Update rates on time to meet deadlines
• Check and correct any rate errors
• Understand rate structures and tariffs
• Communicate rate updates with internal teams
• Help improve the rate loading process
• Prepare basic reports and metrics
• Assist in training new team members
• Follow company policies and compliance rules

Required Skills:

• Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
• Basic math skills (rate calculations)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to read and understand US client documents in English
• Can work independently with written instructions
• Good communication skills
• Able to handle tight deadlines and work pressure
• Willing to work flexible shifts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of AWS / Azure / Citrix is an added advantage
