Job Description

Crowe is looking for a Quality Analyst (QA 2) to join its Product Engineering team. This role is suitable for professionals with around 2 years of QA experience who can work in an Agile/Scrum environment and handle testing tasks with guidance from senior QA members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and user stories
  • Create and execute test plans and test cases
  • Perform manual testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and functional testing
  • Record, track, retest, and validate defects
  • Ensure testing meets user expectations
  • Apply SDLC and STLC concepts effectively
  • Document test results and testing outcomes
  • Participate in improving the Quality Strategy
  • Work closely with team members in an Agile setup

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
  • 2 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
  • Good understanding of Agile Scrum and Agile ceremonies
  • Knowledge of QA concepts, SDLC, and STLC
  • Experience in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases
