Position: QA Tester Financial Regulatory Reporting & Compliance (Banking)
Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QA Tester with strong expertise in Financial Regulatory Reporting and Compliance within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing complex financial applications, validating regulatory reports, and ensuring end-to-end data accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for financial and regulatory reporting applications.
- Validate reports and ensure adherence to compliance standards such as Basel III, MiFID, FATCA, etc.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track defects to closure using standard tools.
- Support UAT and ensure high-quality delivery within project timelines.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks and reporting standards in the banking sector.
- Experience in manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency with QA tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, or similar).
- Understanding of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to automation frameworks and scripting.
- Knowledge of ETL testing and data warehouse environments.
- ISTQB or similar QA certification
