Job Description

As a QA Engineer Intern, you will help ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of Dialpad’s web and mobile applications by doing manual and automated testing.

🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Perform functional and automation testing
  • Write and maintain automated test scripts
  • Run tests across browsers, devices, and OS
  • Find, track, and report bugs
  • Work closely with developers to fix issues
  • Create test reports and quality metrics

🎯 Skills Required

  • 1–2 years experience in web/mobile testing
    (Freshers with QA/Automation training can apply)
  • Automation tools: Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, TestNG, Robot
  • Programming knowledge: Java or Python
  • Good communication & problem-solving skills

➕ Good to Have

  • Experience in VoIP / Telecom / Communication systems

🎓 Education

  • B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / Any technical degree
