Job Description
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions using Python and Azure OpenAI services.
- Build AI applications addressing business needs such as text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Model Development
- Develop and maintain robust Python scripts to interact with Azure OpenAI APIs.
- Evaluate, select, fine-tune, and optimize Azure OpenAI models based on project requirements.
- Design and implement NLP solutions for:
- Text generation
- Text summarization
- Sentiment analysis
RAG & Agentic AI
- Design, build, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to improve contextual accuracy.
- Work with vector databases such as:
- FAISS
- Pinecone
- Azure Cognitive Search
- Develop Agentic AI solutions, including:
- Autonomous workflows
- Tool-using agents
- Multi-step reasoning systems
Deployment & Optimization
- Deploy AI models into production environments.
- Monitor model performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Optimize AI applications for efficiency and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AI development and deployment issues.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Stay updated with advancements in:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- RAG architectures
- Agent-centric AI systems
- Apply industry-standard frameworks and tools to enhance development efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as:
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
- Transformers
- Practical experience with Azure OpenAI models and APIs.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines.
- Experience building Agentic AI systems or autonomous task agents.
- Familiarity with:
- Prompt engineering
- Data preprocessing
- Model optimization techniques
DevOps & MLOps
- Understanding of MLOps practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
