Desired Profile
Education
- BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
- Relevant security certifications or OEM certifications are an advantage.
- Exceptional candidates with strong hands-on experience in security operations and team leadership may also be considered.
Experience
- 10 – 20 years of total experience in IT or Cyber Security.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on project delivery experience.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and large customer engagements.
- Experience managing complex enterprise security projects and service delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Operations
- Manage SLA performance and service delivery across all security service projects.
- Lead global SaaS and Managed Security Services (MSS) delivery teams.
- Oversee project execution, operational efficiency, and service quality.
Client Engagement
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client reviews and performance discussions to ensure service excellence.
- Address escalations and manage customer expectations effectively.
Team Leadership
- Define and implement S.M.A.R.T. goals for delivery teams.
- Manage team structure, skills development, and performance reviews.
- Support employee development, retention strategies, and leadership mentoring.
Process & Performance Management
- Implement and improve service delivery processes, incident management, change management, and escalation procedures.
- Conduct internal team reviews and performance monitoring.
- Develop automation templates and operational tools for improved service delivery efficiency.
Strategic Leadership
- Own P&L responsibility for service delivery operations.
- Define tools and strategies to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams for talent development and operational success.
Critical Success Factors
- Strong security domain expertise in network, cloud, infrastructure, and application security.
- Hands-on experience in project management and service delivery frameworks (PMP or similar).
- Experience managing large enterprise clients and global delivery teams.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
