Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect with strong expertise in designing and coordinating multi-storey IT/ITES office buildings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, execution drawings, and BIM-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate multi-storey IT/ITES office building projects
• Prepare and review Good For Construction (GFC) drawings
• Coordinate with:
  • Structural, MEP, and other service consultants
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements and standards
• Utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools for planning and execution
• Participate in project discussions and provide design solutions
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and project milestones

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in:
  • Commercial / Institutional projects
  • IT/ITES office buildings
• Strong knowledge of:
  • GFC drawings
  • BIM workflows and tools
• Excellent design coordination skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
