Job Description

We are hiring fresh graduates (2025 pass-out only) to join our Product Engineering Team. You will work on real internal systems like HRMS, onboarding, attendance, finance workflows, and process automation, with guidance from senior engineers.

What You’ll Do

  • Build new modules from scratch for internal enterprise systems
  • Develop backend APIs for attendance, leave, employee records, and approvals
  • Design databases and write basic queries
  • Convert business requirements into logic and workflows
  • Debug, test, and improve your own code
  • Follow coding best practices and maintain documentation
  • Work on real production-level systems

Mandatory Requirements

  • Year of Passing: 2025 only
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS / IT / Engineering
  • Good knowledge of Java / Python / JavaScript (any one)
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Data structures
    • Databases & SQL
    • REST APIs
    • Logical thinking & problem-solving
  • Willing to work on-site in Chennai

Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)

  • Backend / Full Stack / SQL / REST API courses
  • Cloud basics (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • DevOps basics (Git, CI/CD, Docker)
  • Certifications from Coursera, Udemy, NPTEL, etc.
