Confosys is seeking a talented PHP Web Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for developers who are passionate about building scalable web applications and working with modern PHP frameworks and open-source CMS platforms.

As a PHP Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers and other developers to deliver user-friendly, secure, and efficient digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust PHP-based web applications.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best coding practices.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
  • Implement security best practices to safeguard applications from common web vulnerabilities.
  • Optimize websites for faster loading speeds and improved search engine performance (SEO).
  • Work with databases and ensure efficient data management and queries.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with PHP frameworks.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Joomla, or similar open-source systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Solid understanding of database design and management.
  • Experience in web application development and CMS customization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and work in a collaborative development environment.
