Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance marketing campaigns across:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Other paid channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing (if applicable)
  • Drive customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth for B2C products/services
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking

Optimization & Growth

  • Optimize funnels, landing pages, creatives, and audience targeting to improve ROAS and reduce CAC
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, formats, audiences, and landing pages
  • Continuously test and scale high-performing campaigns while minimizing waste

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Track key KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives
  • Manage multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously in an agency-style environment with strict deadlines
  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and performance marketing trends

Preferred Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

  • Agency background handling B2C clients or brands
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proven track record of scaling high-volume B2C performance campaigns

Additional Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Experience with growth marketing and affiliate marketing
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently and deliver measurable ROI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • UG: Any Graduate
