Role Summary:

The Operations Head of Finhaat Wealth India Private Limited will be responsible for building, nurturing and optimizing the ecosystem for operations across multiple asset classes with major focus on Mutual Funds.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:

  • Complete ownership of operations across all products (current ensuing)
  • Formulating process notes to help operations executive navigate the flow across all MF related transactions, Queries, Exception handling, Escalations, Regulatory complaints etc.
  • Foster strong relationships with external (RTAs, Exchanges, AMC, Payment Aggregators others) and internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Finance Compliance) to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Continually explore potential areas of improvisation to increase effectiveness efficiency
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor operations executive for handling day-to-day operations, monitoring, controls reporting.
  • Establish performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Cultivate strong people skills within the team to optimize query resolution.
  • Regulatory Policy
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions across all products
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operations performance metric to senior management.
  • Use data and analytics to drive decisions across process/systems
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary

Education / Experience

  • MBA/Graduation
  • Experience: At least 6-10 years of experience in Mutual Fund operations
  • Must have experience in managing teams.
