Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our International BPO team. In this role, you will handle inbound voice calls from US customers, provide basic technical assistance, and promote annual technical support packages. This position is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, basic technical troubleshooting knowledge, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound international voice calls from US-based customers.
  • Identify customer technical issues related to software and hardware and provide initial troubleshooting support.
  • Promote and sell annual technical support services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and support cases.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
  • Participate in regular briefings, training sessions, and team meetings.
  • Work efficiently in a rotational night shift environment to support US clients.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, including Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.
  • Experience troubleshooting printers and plug-and-play devices.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve issues efficiently.

Experience

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in an International BPO or voice process preferred.
