Job Description
Ensure high client satisfaction and product adoption.
-Provide product training and product demonstrations during the engagement.
-Take ownership of product adoption and fast value realisation for clients.
-Enhance the experience of all client users.
-Create best practices for customer onboarding.
-Set up best practices to deliver a wow experience to clients.
-Manage adoption and churn metrics. Manage weekly and monthly cadence with client and internal stakeholders.
-Complete engagement within deadlines.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders effectively.
-Ensure clarity of actions within different teams within Pando.
-Ensure smooth transition between different stages of engagement.
Requirements
-Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience on supply chain/logistics product rollout.
-Be a subject matter expert in SCM SaaS Products
-Collaborate with Product team for enhancement and roadmap planning.
