Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network (Support) Engineer to manage, support, and optimize enterprise network security infrastructure across On-Premises and Public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in network architecture, troubleshooting, cloud networking, and automation, ensuring high availability, performance, and security at scale.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Network Security Infrastructure across:
    • AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments
    • On-Premises enterprise networks
  • Ensure network stability, availability, and performance for clients
  • Monitor support queues and provide L2/L3 troubleshooting
  • Diagnose complex network issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions after issue identification
  • Support and maintain:
    • Data Center Networks
    • Campus Networks
    • Public Cloud Networking
    • Global WAN connectivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations
  • Implement and support secure, scalable network architectures
  • Contribute to network automation initiatives

🎓 Required Experience & Skills

🔹 Experience

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in:
    • Network engineering
    • Network architecture, design, and implementation
    • Enterprise & Public Cloud networking at scale
  • Experience in at least one Public Cloud platform:
    • AWS / Azure / GCP (certifications are a plus)

🔹 Technical Skills

Networking & Protocols

  • Strong understanding of:
    • IPv4 / IPv6
    • BGP / MBGP
    • VPN technologies
    • L2 Switching
    • VXLAN
    • L2 / L3 networking protocols

Enterprise & Cloud Networking

  • Enterprise Network Design:
    • Data Center
    • Campus
    • Public Cloud
    • Global WAN
  • Experience with Load Balancers:
    • Citrix NetScaler (preferred)
    • AVI Load Balancer
    • NGINX
    • HAProxy

Security & Firewalls

  • Hands-on knowledge of:
    • Palo Alto Firewalls
    • Fortinet Firewalls
    • 802.1x
    • Network Authentication Systems
    • VPN technologies

Hardware & Vendors (Plus)

  • Cisco IOS, NX-OS, ASR
  • Meraki
  • Broadcom
  • Mellanox
  • Palo Alto Networks
  • Fortinet

🔹 Automation & Tools

  • Network automation experience using:
    • Python
    • Terraform

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • Public Cloud Networking certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Experience in multi-cloud networking environments
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in high-availability, mission-critical environments
