Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and take ownership of assigned client accounts, ensuring strong and long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to client requirements.
  • Handle end-to-end marketing activities and deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Plan and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of work.
  • Liaise with partner organizations and stakeholders to encourage long-term collaboration.
  • Leverage corporate networks to support business growth and client engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and maintain client-wise data and contact lists.
  • Ensure continuous communication with clients regarding campaign updates and deliverables.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional personality.
  • Strong ability in client relationship management and relationship marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of website development and internet marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of direct marketing concepts and execution.
  • Good organizational and monitoring skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.

Education

  • UG: Any Graduate
  • PG: Not Mandatory
