Job Description

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Create and manage content for social media campaigns and email marketing

Plan and implement targeted email marketing campaignsMonitor social media trends and adjust strategies to align with audience preferences
Track and report on social media and email marketing performance metrics
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1 2 years of experience in social media management and email marketing
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and email platforms (MailChimp, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising
  • Creative thinking and content creation skills

Job

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-throughs, and conversions (add on bonus)
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for campaign inputs
