Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership

  • Lead corporate sales across the assigned region through both direct sales and dealer channels.
  • Drive revenue growth while meeting defined profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional business objectives.

Account Management

  • Identify, target, and onboard key new accounts, including large global and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and account expansion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage actively with Architect & Design (A&D) firms, Managed Space Providers, and Project Management Consultants.
  • Secure product specifications and influence decision-making at early project stages.
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations teams and dealer partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Channel & Dealer Management

  • Appoint, train, and develop dealer partners to expand market reach and maintain high standards of professionalism.
  • Ensure dealers have strong product knowledge and adhere to brand and service standards.
  • Strengthen dealer relationships to drive consistent performance and growth.

Retail Strategy

  • Design and implement retail strategies to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience across online and offline channels.
  • Support showroom and retail initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Market Strategy & Execution

  • Define regional objectives and develop localized market strategies for Chennai, Kerala, and Sri Lanka.
  • Analyze regional market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine go-to-market plans.
  • Manage and execute regional marketing and sales initiatives effectively.

Product Launches & Consulting Services

  • Plan and manage the launch of new products in the regional market, including marketing and sales enablement activities.
  • Promote workplace consulting services to strategic regional accounts to drive value-added solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.

Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in sales or marketing roles within:
    • Furniture
    • Design
    • Commercial Real Estate
    • Related industries

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a non-hierarchical, highly collaborative environment.
  • Proven experience in dealer management, regional account handling, and consulting-led sales.
