Designation: Manager/ Deputy manager/ Senior executive- Supply Chain Management /Operations / Warehouse / Transportation/ Logistics/ Documentation/ Accountant/ Store and dispatch and procurement/ Import and export Executive.

Salary: depends upon the experience ( 20L to 50L)( International experience is added advantage).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements to avoid shortages or excess.
  • Optimize logistics workflows to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
  • Ensure compliance with all transportation laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics and inventory reports.
  • Handle shipping documentation, customs clearance, and tracking of goods.
  • Address customer or internal inquiries related to delivery timelines and order status.
  • Implement and monitor safety standards in transportation and warehouse operations.
  • Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including shipment planning, documentation, and coordination.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and LC documents.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customs brokers for timely cargo movement.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and handle exceptions proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, customs laws, and international trade agreements.
  • Maintain records of all import/export transactions and ensure proper filing for audits.
  • Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and internal departments (procurement, finance, warehouse) for smooth trade operations.
  • Assist in duty drawback, export incentives (e.g., MEIS/RODTEP), and DGFT-related documentation.
  • Negotiate shipping rates and terms with logistics service providers.
  • Stay updated on changes in global trade policies, customs procedures, and tariffs.
