Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, manage, and upgrade security measures to protect systems, networks, and data.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, breaches, and threats in real-time.
  • Troubleshoot network and security-related issues efficiently.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify risks.
  • Implement and maintain firewalls, endpoint security, and access control systems.
  • Participate in change management processes and ensure secure configurations.
  • Perform incident detection, response, and forensic analysis.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and coordinate with internal teams for security improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, incident response, and threat management.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Firewalls & Network Security
    • SIEM tools
    • Endpoint Protection
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting:
    • Python, Java, C++, Go, Ruby, Node.js, or PowerShell
  • Experience with:
    • Office 365 Security
    • Vulnerability scanning tools
  • Understanding of security frameworks:
    • NIST, ISO 27001, CIS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
    • Computer Science / Information Technology / Systems Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of overall IT security experience
  • Minimum 5 years in engineering or implementation roles
