Our Data Engineering team drives innovation across multiple business units globally — delivering scalable, secure, and cutting-edge integration solutions using modern cloud and AI technologies.

🛠️ Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver scalable data engineering & integration solutions using SnapLogic, MuleSoft or Pentaho
  • Create & optimize robust data pipelines and workflows
  • Integrate data systems into enterprise-level environments
  • Implement VectorAI and Agent Workspace for Google Gemini into data solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex integration and pipeline issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders & business teams
  • Define best practices, ensure documentation, and conduct code reviews
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide strategic technology adoption

🎯 What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in Data Engineering and Integration (BFSI domain preferred)
  • Strong expertise in SnapLogic / MuleSoft / Pentaho (at least one required)
  • Hands-on programming in Python, Java, and SQL
  • Experience building cloud data solutions (GCP preferred)
  • Familiarity with Talend, Alation, vector databases/tools
  • Financial industry knowledge — regulatory reporting, credit/counterparty risk
  • Experience collaborating with business & leadership stakeholders
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Preferred

  • Previous strategy consulting experience
  • Experience working in tech-driven product organizations
  • Proven success delivering innovation & driving change
