Job Description

Join us to help improve customer experiences by working with a global cloud contact center leader. As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will support and maintain cloud infrastructure used by thousands of customers worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure
  • Help ensure cloud systems are reliable, scalable, and high-performing
  • Assist in building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  • Work with Kubernetes, Argo CD, Argo Workflows, and Helm for deployments
  • Write basic automation scripts (Python is a plus)
  • Monitor systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK
  • Work with senior DevOps engineers to fix issues and follow best practices
  • Collaborate with teams in India and Portugal

Required Skills

  • 1–2 years experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure (internship or projects accepted)
  • Hands-on exposure to GCP (compute, networking, IAM)
  • Basic understanding of Kubernetes & containers
  • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and GitLab
  • Linux basics and system administration
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
  • Willing to work in IST with some overlap with Portugal team

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Helm, Argo CD
  • Knowledge of monitoring & observability tools
