Job Description

As part of our Offensive Security (Red Team), you will work with cutting-edge tools, advanced attack simulations, and an experienced cybersecurity team to challenge existing defenses and strengthen the organization’s digital security posture.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about breaking systems to make them stronger, staying ahead of modern threat actors, and continuously learning advanced adversarial techniques.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-scope Red Team engagements, including:
    • Network penetration testing
    • Phishing campaigns
    • Social engineering attacks
  • Simulate advanced adversary tactics to identify security gaps and weaknesses
  • Conduct Purple Team exercises, collaborating closely with Blue Teams to enhance detection and response
  • Develop, extend, or modify exploits, shellcode, and offensive tools
  • Perform manual exploitation and advanced attack chaining
  • Carry out malware reverse engineering (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Document findings through clear, actionable security reports, including:
    • Vulnerabilities discovered
    • Exploitation paths
    • Risk impact
    • Remediation recommendations
  • Stay updated with:
    • Latest cyber threats
    • Emerging attack techniques
    • New offensive security tools and technologies

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in penetration testing and Red Team methodologies
  • Deep understanding of offensive security frameworks and attack lifecycle
  • Expertise in Active Directory attacks and defenses
  • Proficiency with tools such as:
    • Metasploit
    • Cobalt Strike
    • BloodHound
    • Similar offensive security frameworks
  • Solid knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework
  • Strong scripting skills in:
    • Python
    • PowerShell
    • Bash
  • Experience in manual exploitation techniques
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Passion for learning, experimentation, and breaking systems ethically

🎓 Certifications (Highly Valued)

  • OSCP
  • OSEP
  • CRTO
  • Or equivalent offensive security certifications
