Role & Responsibilities
- Own the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch and improvement.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and goals aligned with business needs.
- Gather and prioritize customer, business, and technical requirements.
- Create user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams.
- Lead Agile/Scrum activities like sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Use data, analytics, and customer feedback to drive decisions.
- Manage communication with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure products meet quality, security, and scalability standards.
- Continuously improve the product based on market trends and insights.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–9 years of experience as a Product Manager / Technical Product Manager.
- Experience working on software products, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Good understanding of system architecture.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications like CSPO / PSPO / PMI-ACP are a plus.
